Abstract

This research is entitled "Consumer Preferences against the Use of Non-Cash Payment System Indonesian Standard QR Code (QRIS): A Case Study in Tegal City". This research is a quantitative method with the aim of analyzing (1) the Perception Ease of Use, Perception of Usefulness, Income, Age, Education Level on the use of QRIS by visitors at the three largest malls in Tegal City. (2) The influence between Perception Ease of Use, Perception of Usefulness, Income, Age, Education Level that have the greatest influence on the use of QRIS by visitors at the three largest malls in Tegal City. This research was conducted in Tegal City, Central Java Province, which focused on the three largest malls in Tegal City. The analytical method used is Binary Logistics Regression (Logit Regression) analysis using primary data collected through questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that (1) Perception Ease of Use, Perception of Usefulness and income affect the preference for using the QR Code Indonesia Standard (QRIS) non-cash payment system on consumers of 3 malls in Tegal City. Meanwhile, age and education level did not affect the preference for using the QR Code Indonesia Standard (QRIS) non-cash payment system for consumers in 3 malls in Tegal City. (2) Perception Ease of Use has the greatest influence on the preference for using the QR Code Indonesia Standard (QRIS) non-cash payment system for consumers in 3 malls in Tegal City. The implication of this research is that for Bank Indonesia as the regulator of the national payment system that launched QRIS in order to continue to expand the use of the QR Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS), it is better to take several steps to increase or expand the network and facilities for using QRIS through merchants and continue to improve education and outreach to the public. about QRIS and its benefits to society. So that the public has education about QRIS to increase Easy Perception of Use and Usefull Perception of Use towards preferences for using the QR Code Indonesia Standard (QRIS) non-cash payment system

Abstract

Perekonomian Indonesia membutuhkan dukungan besar dari usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM). Kecakapan pelaku UKM dalam pengambilan keputusan dan mengontrol kondisi keuangan sangat menentukan pertahanan usaha terutama pada masa pendemi. Pengusaha tidak hanya memiliki tanggung jawab dalam mengatur keuangan sehari-hari namun juga memiliki tanggung jawab dalam mengatur keuangan usahanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Populasi penelitian meliputi pengusaha UKM pada Perkampungan Budaya Betawi Setu Babakan yang melibatkan 8 pengusaha. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa rata-rata UKM memiliki pengetahuan dalam basic financial knowledge, saving and borrowing, insurance, dan investation. Pengetahuan tersebut memiliki peran dalam beberapa tahap yaitu tahap penentuan pola pikir keuangan, pola sikap keuangan, nilai, dan tujuan.

Abstract

The existence of a community paradigm that demands the realization of Good Governance requires every apparatus to provide systematic, transparent and accountable financial management information, so that government budgets managed by regional apparatus in the public sector must apply effective principles that make assessment indicators in financial performance. The government's performance appraisal is influenced by the effectiveness factor in budget management, so that the performance of a government agency will be assessed as good if the government is able to achieve the level of spending effectiveness so that the budget can achieve its goals without a budget deficit. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of effectiveness of budget management in 2021 at the Bali Provincial DPRD Secretariat. The analytical method used in the implementation of this research is descriptive quantitative. The data collection technique was carried out through documentation which referred to the search for data on the realization of the budget realization of the Provincial DPRD Secretariat in Bali for the year and used the measurement of the effectiveness ratio as a data analysis technique. The results showed that the effectiveness of the budget management of the Bali Provincial DPRD Secretariat in 2021 reached 76% in the Less Effective category. However, despite a decrease in the level of effectiveness in budget management in 2021, all targets planned at the Bali Provincial DPRD Secretariat have been well implemented and realized.

Abstract

This study examines the COVID-19 vaccine campaign in Indonesia using a social media communication strategy. The social media communication strategy is evaluated based on the implementation of communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic organization. The research approach with the assistance of NVivo 12 Plus and data sources from the Twitter account of the Ministry of Health and West Sumatra Provincial Health Office as well as numerous works of literature. Generate important data and be able to analyze data. This study concludes that social media communication has been effective, with diverse information regarding the use of vaccines, the impact of their usage, good data openness, collaboration with government and corporate entities, and the implementation of various community support policies. Due to the cooperation between Youth and Sports, which is responsible for providing facilities and fostering religious peace, resources are effectively coordinated. The disposition indicator is a positive attitude and action that is consistently provided by medical staff to instill a sense of security and comfort. The success of vaccinations in Indonesia is determined by social media communication. Various socializations and education are offered efficiently and contribute to the implementation of the program. This study focuses solely on the role of social media contacts in the success of the COVID-19 vaccination program in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to get empirical evidence about the effect of audit quality, capital intensity, and firm size on tax avoidance. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from IDX (Indonesia Stock Exchange) and ICMD (Indonesian Capital Market of Directory) from 2015 until 2019. The Population of this research is all pharmaceutical companies in the Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2016 until 2020. The sampling method uses purposive sampling method, in which 8 pharmaceutical companies were selected as samples. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression with program SPSS (Statistic Program for Social Science) with a significance level of 0.05. Hypothesis testing used in this research is f test and t-test. The results indicate that Partially variable audit quality had a negative and significant effect on the tax avoidance of the pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. While the variable capital intensity and firm size had a positive and significant effect on the tax avoidance of the pharmaceutical companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange period from 2016 until 2020. Simultaneously audit quality, capital intensity, and firm size have significant influences on tax avoidance. The next research to increase the variables that influence tax avoidance are corporate governance, earning management, audit committee, inventory intensity, and sales growth.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui upaya yang dilakukan SMA Terbuka Yayasan Insan Guna dalam pemerataan pendidikan Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) Yayasan Insan Guna. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni kualitatif dengan strategi studi kasus dengan subjek penelitian dari pengelola dan siswa yang diambil secara purposive. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan wawancara dengan tahapan analisis yakni reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, ada beberapa upaya yang dilakukan sekolah untuk memberikan akses pada masyarakat untuk mendapatkan pendidikan.

Abstract

 The reason for this study is to make parameters in the success of counseling programs for the community, especially housewives, and assess deficiencies for further improvement, while the purpose of this study is to obtain empirical answers and know the Role of Service Quality towards Training Participant Satisfaction (Case Study on Housewives in Sawangan, Surgery). This research was conducted in Bedahan, Sawangan Depok with 20 respondents. The method used is a survey with a simple linear regression analysis approach. Based on research and SPSS calculations, the results of the study obtained there was a positive and significant influence on the variable quality of services provided by lecturers on the satisfaction received by the training participants. Consumer satisfaction is a response to the behavior shown by consumers by comparing performance or perceived results with expectations. If the perceived results are below expectations, then consumers will be disappointed, dissatisfied, and even dissatisfied, but on the contrary, if they match expectations, consumers will be satisfied and if the performance exceeds expectations, consumers will be very satisfied. Customer satisfaction is influenced by the perception of service quality, product quality, price, and factors that are personal and that are momentary situations.

Abstract

Acquisitions are considered to be able to create a synergy that leads to an increase in outputs and outcomes from the implementation of the concept of economics of scale. In fact, not all companies experience an increase in performance and several cases state that acquisitions have no effect on financial performance and even reduce the company's financial performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the difference in financial performance before and after acquisitions. Financial performance was proxied by the Current Ratio (CR), Asset Turnover (TATO), Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Return On Equity (ROE), and Earnings Per Share (EPS). The research was conducted at the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The object of this research is the company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) that made the acquisition in 2011-2017. The analysis technique used was Wilcoxon Signed Ranks. Based on the analysis it was found that Total Assets Turnover (TATO)  showed differences before and after acquisition. While the Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) showed no differences before and after acquisition. Return On Equity (ROE) showed a difference one year before two years after the acquisition and two years before and two years after the acquisition. Earnings Per Share (EPS) showed a difference only one year before-two years after the acquisition

Abstract

Produk pangan yang menyehatkan, cepat saji, dan bercita rasa dibutuhkan oleh mayoritas masyarakat, sehingga diversifikasi produk pangan khususnya pengolahan hasil perikanan perlu dilakukan untuk menunjang ketahanan pangan di Indonesia. Udang instan berbumbu dengan merek Seadang dibuat dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan ketahanan pangan serta nilai tambah dengan cita rasa khas yang disukai konsumen. Produk suatu perusahaan yang kurang dipromosikan akan mempengaruhi volume penjualan karena kesadaran merek (brand awareness) produk tersebut tidak melekat dalam benak konsumen. Penerapan teknologi website untuk memasarkan produk udang instan berbumbu akan membantu perkembangan produk, mempermudah penjualan, serta mengurangi biaya pengeluaran khususnya dibagian pemasaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas website yang dirancang terhadap brand awareness dan minat beli produk udang instan berbumbu merek Seadang. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 110 responden dan dianalisis menggunakan koefisien determinasi dan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) rancangan website diharapkan mampu memenuhi kebutuhan pemilik dan pelanggan, 2) kualitas website berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap brand awareness dengan kontribusi sebesar 50,6%, dan 3) kualitas website berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat beli dengan kontribusi sebesar 29,7%.

Abstract

Sales Volume fluctuation is one of the problems that occur on the SPBU Nusantara 44.53226. The cause is suspected because of the poor quality of service provided by the gas station attendant to the customer. The purpose of this research is to: 1) Describe the quality of service (service quality); 2) Determine the sales volume of the product; 3) Analyze the influence of service quality on the volume of sales. This research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Data analysis techniques used the analysis of correlation, determination, and t-test. The results showed that: 1) The Quality of service in the company included in the high category; 2) the Volume of sales still experiences fluctuations; 3) There is no significant influence of service quality on the volume of sales at SPBU Nusantara 44.53226.
